I support youth services staff in providing the best quality care possible. I create, enhance and support Aboriginal training and content for staff, youth and community partners.
My mission is to enhance the understanding and support around Aboriginal content and cultural experiences.
I manage SCP’s personnel needs while supporting our phenomenal staff in all things policy and process related.
My mission is to provide structure and clarity through the development and refinement of policies and processes that support staff, celebrate diversity, and promote inclusion.

In addition to supporting the amazing Youth Services Resource Team, I also have the privilege of supporting everyone in the agency to feel connected, valued, and supported in all aspects of their jobs.
My mission is to create and support the structure within the agency to ensure all SCP staff feel connected, valued, and supported.
